Mr. Shaw practices commercial dispute avoidance and resolution focused in the areas of business disputes, construction, design professional liability, and insurance defense and coverage. Mr. Shaw is a founding partner of Shaw Norton Degan, L.L.P., having previously practiced law in the New Orleans office of Phelps Dunbar, L.L.P. for 23 years. Mr. Shaw is a native of Ruston, Louisiana.
